Whilst all the facilities are top notch, what makes the Real difference is the staff. I was greeted on Monday evening by Mia, who was genuinely friendly and helpful. Really made me feel as if I was visiting her home. Next day, Alley made me and my longterm friend, Alice, feel very welcome. I had come to meet Alice as she passed through MK, and Alley made us feel very, very welcome. I needed to work on my computer as well, and the co-working space with available power outlets was very pleasant.

Everything about the Moxy Hotel is exceptional. When you first enter there is an ambience that is difficult to describe but it has a lot to do with the lighting, the facilities, the décor and the layout as well as a wonderful team of friendly and helpful staff who go above and beyond to make everything perfect for your stay. The hotel facilities are first rate, the place is spotlessly clean and the food from the bar menu was delicious. The buffet breakfast has a huge range of options and caters for all. The lighting in the rooms is wonderful and the floor to ceiling black out curtains make for a lovely restful sleep. Check out time of 12pm and breakfast till 11, make it that bit above and beyond what you would normally expect. We were even allowed to check in early too. Special thanks to Ala one of the team leaders who looked after us as though we were his only guests. He even played connect four with us and began pouring drinks for us before they were even ordered just because we were waiting at the bar and he knew what we wanted! An unforgettable stay. We will be back!

Welcome cocktail was lovely, warm friendly welcome from staff at check in, room was well thought out and bed very comfortable. Shower room small but clean and had what I needed. Loved the addition of not only USB as well as USB-C ports by the bed as well as other places in the room. Lighting was nice, and room was the perfect temperature and well ventilated. My stay was quiet and comfortable.

The hotel was unlike anywhere I've stayed before. It felt very welcoming, relaxing and friendly; with lovely lighting and an amazing breakfast too. So many wonderful small touches to help people feel at home during their stay. Especially the staff who always took the time to answer any questions I had and were always willing to offer helpful suggestions for someone new to the area. Millie in particular was brilliant, I really appreciated her taking the time to help me and am grateful for her making sure my stay was as smooth as possible. She's a credit to the hotel!

We love the chilled vibe from the building and all the staff. If do want to go out for a drink or a meal (you should try at least one of their cocktails or a late night meal after 10pm) there are around 70 options within a very short travelling distance. You might think that £15 (£12 if reordered) for breakfast is a bit steep but it isn't. All fresh and a very wide choice in a buffet. They love everything Red Bull due how close the team HQ is, so the breakfast is behind pit-stop style shutters

Staff knew it was my birthday and I had balloons and sweets in the room along with a birthday message on the mirror. The bed was super comfortable and the location of the tv was perfect when watching in bed. The bathroom was spotless and the shower was just amazing, I also loved the toiletries as they smelt amazing and left my skin super soft. All staff we encountered were truly amazing, super friendly and remembered our names each time we spoke to them.

Lovely and helpful staff members. Attention to detail, great and thoughtful design! A lot of practical things that help the international traveler, e.g. USB-C and EU standard wall sockets. Not only "English breakfast" items and pastry for breakfast but e.g. a few types of cheese, cold cuts, peanut butter, breakfast cereal, fruit, fresh veggies. It was our first stay in a Moxy; as I've seen, Moxy hotel rooms are comfortable for short stays only (no shelves or wardrobe, no fridge in the room); but they are really good at what they do.

Welcoming staff! Our room happened to be ready when we went to bag drop at 11:15, total bonus. We had a welcome drink on arrival, and the cost included breakfast. We didn't expect it to be too varied, but wow, there was lots on offer and all delicious! Location for us was perfect as it's close to the train station. Bedroom was plenty big enough with clever design. Loved the under bed lighting which automatically turned on when you got out!

Exceptional hotel!! I’ve travelled quite a lot, and this hotel is definitely in my top 3. You get their special house drink on arrival for free, which is DELICIOUS! (I’m very picky). This hotel met my high standards. I always struggle with comfortable bedding, especially pillows, but the ones they have here are by far the best I’ve ever tried! Better than mine at home to be honest. I stayed here one night with my mother for a festival, and she picky and high standards, but she really liked it here! Moxy Milton Keynes really know what they’re doing. There are also umbrellas for rent!! Only problem we had was with lifts and locking the door, as you need to use your key card for it, but once you get the hang of it you’re ok. About 15 min walk from the train station! Easy and simple to get to using google maps. I’m a genuine germaphobe, so going anywhere is a challenge, but here I felt comfortable :) I’d love to stay here again!

Impressive interior for a special arrival- quirky, vibrant, different, sparkling clean and warm. Staff were friendly and engaging. Nice cocktail on arrival. Really lovely room with a smart TV with Netflix and that you can connect your phone to for music. Nice sensor lighting on the beds. Location is fantastic, right in the heart of the hub and close to the shopping centre.
